Serve it first by pouring off vinegar for easy salad dressing then adding remaining garlics to a bowl for ready access when snacking or cooking (see below & over). Garlics keep well for four or five days days out of the jar. Just refrigerate.
Serve your guests with cherry tomatoes, cheese and crackers.


Dice it with fresh tomatoes or avocado and spread on toast for breakfast (see over). Add to omelettes (see over). Cooked it really has a delicious mild garlic flavour to exploit.
Take two cloves daily, to prevent colds and for general health. True it works. Low odour too, but still has that delicate taste.
