Eating Tips
PERSIA IS THE ANCIENT HOME OF GARLIC AND THIS PICKLED GARLIC IS READY TO EAT NOW.
Serve it to your guests next time you have a party. It goes nicely with cheese and crackers and of course with a beer.
I like it with a CHERRY TOMATO.
It compliments fish and chips. The vinegar is just superb. Dice it with fresh tomatoes or avocado and spread it on toast for breakfast.
The juice makes easy salad dressing just pour off and serve garlics from a bowl (see below).
Take two cloves daily, to prevent colds and for general health. It is natural garlic preserved in vinegar and salt. It sure beats garlic tablets.
